The Quilter’s Post is a small, thoughtfully assembled envelope for quilters who enjoy fabric, letters, and slower, more tactile things. Issue No. 1 is a standalone release before the subscription begins with Issue No. 2.

Each one is packaged in a bright, cheerful envelope so it stands out in the post.

  • A letter from me - about quilting, running a creative business, and the things that are happening in everyday life - and there will be lots of news to look forward to.

  • A charm pack - a collection of 5 inch square fabrics from a single designer or range.

  • A mini quilt block pattern - exclusive to this issue, just for you, and you can use it over and over again.

  • A small analogue activity - a fun little quiz to have over a cuppa.

Everything is included because it’s useful, enjoyable, or grounding, nothing added for the sake of it.

Why I’m making this:-

Quilting has always been a steadying part of my week. I wanted to create something that reflects that feeling: not digital, not rushed, no doom scrolling on my phone and not overwhelming. Just something to open, read, and use at your own pace.

Issue No. 1 is a one‑off to see if you like your new pen-pal, The Quilter’s Post.
Issue No. 2 will be the start of the bi-monthly subscription. This will be a separate sign up which doesn’t happen automatically, we can chat about that later.

Who it’s for:-

Where is the USA Edition shipped from?

All USA orders are printed, packed, and posted within South Carolina in the United States. Your charm pack or 5 inch Pre-Cut Square Pack is sourced from US suppliers, and your Quilter’s Post envelope travels through the US postal system.

Why is the price shown in GBP?

Our studio is based in Scotland, and our shop platform only allows us to list products in GBP. For USA customers, checkout will display the price in US Dollars.

Will my bank convert the price automatically?

Yes. Your bank or card provider will automatically convert the GBP amount into USD at the current exchange rate. This happens instantly at checkout, and you don’t need to do anything.

Are there any extra fees for USA customers?

No. We don’t add any additional charges. The only difference is that your bank converts the currency. Some banks include a small international transaction fee, but many do not.

Will the final USD amount match what I see on the website?

Because exchange rates change daily, the exact USD amount may vary slightly. The GBP price is fixed, and your bank simply converts it at the live rate at the moment you purchase.

Is postage included?

Yes. The USA Edition includes postage, fulfilment, and all printed items. There are no hidden costs.

Is the USA Edition the same as the UK Edition?

Yes - the experience is the same: a charm pack, printed pattern, letter, and postcard puzzle, all wrapped up in your Quilter’s Post envelope. The only difference is the fabric manufacturer.

The UK Edition uses an Andover 5 inch Pre-Cut pack, while the USA Edition uses a Moda charm pack for this issue. Everything else inside is identical, just printed and shipped locally within the USA.

Can I subscribe from the USA when subscriptions open?

Absolutely. The subscription will work the same way: price shown in GBP, automatic conversion to USD at checkout , and your Quilter’s Post arriving from within the USA.
